Officially opening in Fitzroy in August 2014, Belles’ crave-worthy chicken, great booze, vinyl-friendly soundtrack and legendary parties quickly proved to be a pretty damn good recipe for success. Growing from a cult favourite to a neighbourhood mainstay, our original Gertrude St restaurant is still as much a vibe as it ever was.
It wasn’t long before Sydney demanded a taste of the action too, with a 9-month pop-up in waterside Barangaroo followed up by a table service joint in the Glebe Tram Sheds precinct.
We’re still owner/operated with a massive passion for the same delicious chicken, great booze, people and damn good vibes that got us this far in the first place.
