We are looking for a Sales Manager to run our BBQ retail store, based in Braeside, Melbourne.
- Days of work – Wednesday through to Saturday, with some flexibility and overtime opportunities available.
- Hours – Wednesday to Friday 9am to 5pm. Saturday 9am to 4pm
- Salary – Competitve
- Previous experience in Sales is essential, with the ideal candidate expressing a passion for food.
Job Role:
The job of Sales Manager at TL@A will include the following tasks:
- Serving customers on the shop floor
- Managing stock levels across the store, including liaising with our butcher shop daily to manage stock of meat products
- Scheduling promotions/sales for key dates across the year
- Working with brands and suppliers to gain information on the products we sell to relay and educate our customer base, as well as other staff members.
- Producing monthly sales reports, analyse the data and provide feedback to the owners
- Managing our wholesale operation (A range of Rubs & Sauces)
Skills:
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to assess the market and drive sales accordingly
- Computer competent
- Understanding of Social Media platforms – Ability to create content advantageous
- Passion for food, ideally BBQ!
