  •  A quick cure for meat, poultry & fish giving your meat that characteristic smoke ring & flavour.
  •  Lightly sprinkle on both sides 15 – 30 minutes before cooking. Rinse off the cure, pat dry & apply your chosen seasoning. Rub over breast fillets before pan frying, or mix through turkey mince to make healthy low fat turkey burgers.
