However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. This Return Policy covers both online and in-store purchases.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate an exchange or repair for a product, you must provide proof of purchase. This includes your original tax invoice. If you’ve lost or misplaced your receipt, don’t worry; we will make every effort to locate transaction receipts through our system when provided with accurate and complete information.

Meat & Food Products

Our goal is to provide you with only the finest quality product. If a situation arises and unfortunately you find a product is not up to your standards simply return the product to the store with your receipt for a full refund or a replacement product.

We will endeavour to resolve any issue with quality, quantity, or service, and do reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned items before offering an exchange or refund. We do not honour returns or refunds if your product has not been stored appropriately or consumed within the time frame we recommend.

“Best Before Dates” appear on product labels for all perishable products as required by Government laws and regulations. Our staff have undertaken thorough training to recommend appropriate consumption times.

Turn Left @ Albuquerque reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned items before offering a repair, exchange, or refund. Please be aware that this assessment may result in the refusal of a repair, exchange, or refund.

Important Notes Here are some key points to keep in mind:

  • Your original receipt is the most reliable proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Expired gift cards are not redeemable.
  • When returning a product, please include all accessories and manuals originally supplied with the item.

Operating Difficulties

If you encounter any difficulties while using a purchased product, we encourage you to reach out to the store where you made the purchase – many operating difficulties can be resolved quickly. Our expert team is ready to provide assistance and guidance to help you resolve any issues quickly and effectively.

Product Returns – Faulty Products

At Turn Left @ Albuquerque, we work closely with our suppliers to accept product returns and provide you with a credit, refund, or repair in the following situations:

  • The product is faulty or not of merchantable quality.
  • The product is not suitable for its intended purpose.
  • The product does not match the sample or our description.

Please ensure you have your invoice or adequate proof of purchase ready when requesting a return. For BBQs and motorized products, we may send an authorized service agent to assess the issue in collaboration with the product supplier.

If the product is determined to be faulty and cannot be repaired on-site, is not of merchantable quality, is unfit for its purpose, or does not match its description or sample, TURN LEFT @ ALBUQUERQUE will gladly offer an exchange or refund. However, presenting your store invoice is essential for processing a return. Please note that no refund will be given for free items or bonus items if the original product is returned.

Product Exchanges – Change of Mind

We want you to be 100% happy with your choice, you have the option to return an item due to a change of mind. To be eligible for an exchange or credit in the form of a gift voucher, please ensure the following:

  • Return the item within 30 days of purchase at your expense (or visit our retail store).
  • Present your original invoice at the time of return.
  • Ensure the item is unopened, unused, in its original condition and packaging, and includes instruction manuals and accessories.

Failure to meet these requirements may result in Turn Left @ Albuquerque’s decision not to offer an exchange or credit for change of mind returns. Please note that refunds will be processed back to the original payment method; cash refunds will not be provided for credit card or EFTPOS payments.
