Based on Auntie Celina’s family-inspired recipe, this vibrant green sauce has the familiar herby and tangy flavour of classic chimichurri, lifted with fresh coriander and a brighter, citrusy edge. Australian-grown non-GMO canola oil and extra virgin olive oil give it a rich texture, while vinegar, garlic and spices add plenty of zing.
